3. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Quotation Validity & Pricing

• This quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing may vary based on site measurements, selected finishes, scope changes, or client-requested modifications before design sign-off.
• Any additions or deletions during the design phase may result in cost revisions. Changes after design approval will attract additional charges.

12. Scope Exclusions

The following items are excluded from the quotation unless specifically mentioned:

• Chimney, sink, hob, gas piping, granite, tile laying, and the associated labour charges.
• Light fixtures, handles, geysers, bathroom fittings, fans, and any other electrical fittings.
• Removal of the existing kitchen, wardrobes, lofts, or any minor civil work, including granite or tile removal (charged separately).
• Electrical, plumbing, civil work, painting, and other services.
• Any item not specifically mentioned in the quotation shall be considered excluded from the scope of work, even if it is shown in the design drawings, 3D renderings, or visual presentations. If the client wishes to include such items, a separate revised quotation will be provided, and the additional work will commence only after written approval.
• Any electrical work not specifically included in the project scope will be charged extra, even if shown in the design drawings or 3D renderings. Any alteration, relocation, or addition of existing electrical wiring, switch points, light points, power points, plumbing lines, or plumbing points will be treated as additional work and charged separately.

13. Civil Work & Structural Modifications

• Any major civil work, including wall demolition, structural modifications, beam cutting, or core cutting, shall be the client's responsibility. The client must obtain written approval from the builder, architect, or relevant authority before such work is carried out.
• If the ceiling fan point provided by the builder is not centrally located, the fan may either be positioned according to the existing point or an anchor bolt may be installed at the client's request and risk. Although the anchor bolt can support the required load, Samagra Interiors does not provide any warranty for its long-term performance.

14. Kitchen & Cabinet Terms

• Gola profile kitchens provide a premium handle-less appearance; however, the profile occupies space within the cabinet carcass, resulting in a slight reduction in internal storage height. Clients are advised to discuss this with the design team during the design stage.
• Custom-made furniture is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Warranty does not cover post-delivery damage or non-manufacturing defects.

15. False Ceiling Terms

The false ceiling quotation includes only the false ceiling work unless otherwise specified. Electrical wiring, light fixtures, painting, and other associated works are excluded unless specifically mentioned.

16. Service Warranty

Samagra Interiors provides a service warranty for woodwork, false ceilings, and electrical works executed by our team. This warranty does not extend to civil works, plumbing works, waterproofing, or other third-party products and services. These services are offered only as part of our turnkey solutions for customer convenience.

16.1 Home Appliances, Sinks & Faucets

Samagra Interiors does not provide any warranty for home appliances, sinks, or faucets. The applicable warranty, if any, is provided solely by the respective manufacturer or brand as per their terms and conditions. These products are procured from authorized dealers to provide customers with a convenient purchase experience.

16.2 Glass & Mirrors

Samagra Interiors does not provide any warranty for glass or mirrors. Glass manufacturers, including Saint-Gobain, Asahi, and ModiGuard, generally do not provide warranties against scratches, breakage, or corrosion. Customers must inspect all glass and mirrors during handover. Although premium-quality mirrors are used, corrosion, rusting, or spotting may occur over time, particularly in humid areas such as bathrooms. Samagra Interiors shall not be held responsible for such occurrences.

16.3 Hardware Components

Hardware components including hinges, drawer channels, lift-up systems, locks, and other accessories are covered only under the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers, effective from the date of installation and subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. During the applicable warranty period, the respective manufacturer may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace hardware found to have manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Customers shall follow the warranty claim procedures prescribed by the respective manufacturers for all hardware and appliance-related warranty claims.

17. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, cuts, discoloration, fading, or damage resulting from accidental impact or misuse.
• Rusting or corrosion of channels, hinges, handles, screws, and other metallic hardware caused by moisture, household chemicals, cleaning agents, acids, or sprays.
• Water leakage, seepage, structural cracks, plumbing leakage, or continuous dampness of the installation surface for more than 72 hours, including for BWP Grade Plywood (IS 710).
• Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, improper cleaning methods, exposure to extreme weather conditions, or any use contrary to Samagra Interiors' recommendations.
• Any alteration, modification, repair, or dismantling carried out by anyone other than Samagra Interiors or its authorized representatives.
• Damages arising from force majeure events, including floods, earthquakes, cyclones, lightning, fire, storms, or environmental factors such as pollution, mold, mildew, solvent exposure, grease, oils, stains, or chemical contamination.

18. Payment Terms

• All payments made at any stage of the project are final and non-refundable.
• Payments made through payment gateways or card transactions may attract applicable gateway charges, which shall be borne by the client.
